Conaway Homes accounted for the largest share of new residential construction permits during this week, filing for three distinct new homes. Each of these homes is valued at $300,000, bringing Conaway Homes' total declared investment for the period to $900,000. These three new residential properties are all located on Hidden Hills Drive, with specific permits filed for 6102 Hidden Hills Drive, 6114 Hidden Hills Drive, and 6120 Hidden Hills Drive. Each permit signifies the approval for construction to begin on a new single-family residence at its stated address.
Sidar Builders LLC also filed for new residential construction, with permits for two new homes on Park Hill Circle. One permit, for a new residence at 7310 Park Hill Circle, declared a value of $411,900. Another new residential permit, for 7394 Park Hill Circle, listed a value of $387,900. In total, Sidar Builders LLC's planned new residential developments during this period represent a declared value of $799,800, contributing significantly to the week's overall investment in new housing.
Beyond new construction, a notable renovation project received approval from the City of Tyler. Mira Construction Group secured a permit for a remodel and renovation project at 2812 Stewart Way.
